When you visit the site, AWS processes technically necessary connection data such as the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser identifier in order to deliver the site and to protect it against overload and attacks, for example by limiting excessive requests from the same IP address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not store access logs. A transfer to Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the USA cannot be ruled out. It is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Amazon Web Services, Inc. is certified.
